I’m Michelle—an experienced personal trainer, coach, and former state-level athlete with a lifelong passion for fitness, movement, and personal growth.
I was raised in a small country town in Western Australia where community sport was everything. From ages 10 to 16, I represented The Great Southern in state netball competitions, proudly donning the regional colours with fire in my heart. By 13, I wasn’t just playing sport—I was already creating structured pre-season training plans for local footy players, driven by my early obsession with strength, conditioning, and performance.
At 15, I faced my first major setback: an ACL rupture during netball. Most would have called it quits. I saw it as a challenge. After months of intense rehab, I returned to the court and helped our team make history—winning the first-ever state title for our region. That win lit a fire that couldn’t be put out.
But life had more lessons in store. At 16, I tore my other ACL during a basketball game. This time, I chose a different path—switching to club-level hockey to stay active while protecting my body. It wasn’t just about competition anymore; it was about staying in the game, mentally and physically.
At 23, I experienced a third ACL tear. The thought of walking away from sport felt like defeat—but it also became the turning point. I moved to Perth, met my incredible partner, and joined a gym. That’s where I discovered resistance training—and everything changed.
With the guidance of a powerful mentor and personal trainer, I rebuilt not only my body but my confidence. My knee grew stronger, but more importantly, I reconnected with the dream I had at 12—to become a PT and help others rise through the setbacks just like I had.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to coaching women and men through some of life’s most difficult physical and emotional barriers—be it recovery from injury, weight loss, or preparing to step on stage for a bodybuilding competition. I've had the honour of guiding women to victory in state and national physique competitions, including a first-time competitor who walked away with two 1st place titles and a 2nd in her very first national show.
What I bring to the table isn’t just a training program—it’s empathy, grit, and lived experience. I know what it’s like to rebuild, to restart, and to rise up stronger than before.
My mission is simple: to help you believe in yourself, to guide you through the process, and to remind you that the work always pays off when you stay the course.
Setbacks are part of the story—but they’re never the end. If you’re ready to grow, I’m ready to stand beside you.
I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging and daunting, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I analyse your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness and health plan to help reach your desired goals.
With years of success and experience in the exercise and health industry, I am capable of analysing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include personal training or online coaching, nutritional advice or example meal plans for healthy eating. There is also habit tracking and weekly check ins, to ensure we get the best results for you. We will work together to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. We will implement daily habits to help you keep moving forward toward your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness and health habits are difficult and often at times can fail. My goal is to make it as seemless as possible for you so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain the goals your desire.
